STEP 1: Complete the Online application.
STEP 2: Submit Transcripts:
- Transcripts: Official copy of the high school transcripts starting at the 9th grade and including up to the current grade. You can instruct your current school to complete transcript request and mail to JSHS. You can also deliver a sealed copy of your transcripts from your current school to JSHS.
- Evaluations (2): One from an English Teacher AND one from a Math Teacher. Instruct the current school to complete confidential forms and mail or email to JSHS. If the English or Math teacher is not available, you may have the form completed by the Counselor or Principal. You can use the application portal to email the evaluation form to the teachers to complete.
STEP 4: Schedule Student Interview. Send email to firstname.lastname@example.org with "Student Interview" in the subject line. We will confirm available dates & times. We will scheduled the Student Interview after you have submitted the transcripts & evaluations.
STEP 5: Financial Aid (optional). If you are seeking financial assistance, please visit: https://online.factsmgt.com/aid - you will need your 2019 tax returns.
