Memoir
*I remember not wanting to go to Catholic School and assuming I could have received the same education and morals anywhere else in Los Angeles for a much cheaper price.
*I remember Ft. Pilato nagging about being a better Christian.
* I remember Coach Hurt being in every class, around every corner and on every field at the same time.
* I remember Mr. R’s warnings to treat everyone as though they were an angle in disguise.
* I remember Mr. Boyer chastising us to death about being more appreciative and respectful.
- I remember these unsurpassed mentors getting me through some tough spiritual, emotional and financial times.
-I remember these enthusiastic g educators teaching with relentless passion and awesome devotion.
-I remember these amazing trainers preparing me for the real world as though the students were their own children.
-I remember these fervent followers of Christ instilling the power of a Christian foundation in me.
I really don’t mean to sound like a commercial; but at Serra, they really do care. I wouldn’t have received the same education anywhere else in the world. Being a Cavalier made me a better person and paved the way for something great. At times it was hard. At times I felt pressure. But I Wouldn’t Change a Thing. Attending Serra made me a better person and it's an honor to say "I'm a Cavalier".
