This message comes on behalf of Mr. Wissa and/or your direct supervisor as we begin our annual ADLA Employee Evaluation process. For those who have been with us in previous years, you may recall how this process works:

You will be asked to complete a self-evaluation, and your direct supervisor will complete a corresponding evaluation. I will be sharing those google documents individually. 
Once both are submitted, you will meet to discuss the feedback together.

Your completed self-evaluation is due by Monday, June 23, at 5:00 PM. 
Once finished, kindly reply to this email with your completed form.


We thank you deeply for all the effort you bring- both seen and unseen. Please remember that we all have areas where we can grow. Growth is a natural part of our journey, and while it may sometimes feel uncomfortable, it is always valuable. 🙏☀️
