Sport Physicals will be held on June 25th at 530p. A physical exam is required once per year to play sports at Serra. Students must bring $20 and all required forms (found on the required forms page) or they will be turned away. Instead of having the physical at Serra, students may receive a physical from their primary care physician, urgent care clinic, etc. Serra will only provide this one day for all sports for the entire year.
