Six players from same class at Gardena Serra High will face off at the Rose Bowl on Saturday
Adoree' Jackson says he isn't speaking to high school teammates who are now Bruins until after USC-UCLA game
There will be no pregame high school reunion for freshman Adoree’ Jackson when USC plays UCLA on Saturday at the Rose Bowl.
Six players from Jackson’s class at Gardena Serra High play for USC or UCLA. Jackson, quarterback Jalen Greene, linebacker Olajuwon Tucker and cornerback Jalen Jones are Trojans. Receiver Jordan Lasley and linebacker Dwight Williams are Bruins.
Jackson said he has not talked to former teammates this week.
“During game week,” he said, “I don’t communicate with them.”
Jackson said they would shake hands and “catch up” after the game.
