For the 2016-17 school year, prospective students and families are invited to experience Junipero Serra High School first-hand. Take advantage of these opportunities:
Applications: [+ Apply Online] or pick up an application in the Main Office. A completed version includes:
- Completion of the [+ Online] or physical application.
- Completion of the HSPT Exam (incoming freshmen only). If you have not taken the HSPT exam, go [+ Here]. If you completed the HSPT exam at another location, send your results to Serra via email [email protected] or mail (Thomas Stafford, Director of Marketing & Admissions, RE: HSPT Scores, Junipero Serra High School, 14830 South Van Ness Avenue, Gardena, CA 90249).
- Academics Records: Freshmen -- Transcripts from grades 6-8. Transfer -- Complete high school transcript. See [+ Forms & Documents].
- Completion of the Confidential Common Evaluation form from at least a math teacher AND English teacher. See [+ Forms & Documents].
- Completion of the [+ FACTS Financial Aid Needs Assessment]. This must be completed to be considered for any tuition assistance or need and merit-based scholarships. See [+ Tuition Assistance].
